Mini-Retreat Day 1

Mini-Retreat Day 2

Mini-Retreat Day 3

How are you going to show up for yourself?

Fill this out to help you define what commitment you are making to yourself, and how you will hold yourself accountable moving forward.

Use the extended Pain Breakthrough worksheet as your Evidence journal - start to collect your evidence to internalize that your body is already healed. Look at past stresses and symptoms to reaffirm this connection between your mind and body.

When you have thoughts of doubt, come back to this worksheet throughout the course.

Morning Routine

The morning is your best chance to set your mind and thoughts for the day. I highly recommend you create a flexible morning routine. Note, self-compassion is key. The intention is not to create a checklist that you berate yourself with - the intention is to tilt your brain and more towards love, joy, connection, worthiness, and safety. Here are some suggestions for your morning routine:

  • Meditation - start a meditation practice. Recommended - daily - even if it's just 2 minutes of focusing on your breathing.
  • Affirmations - pick one affirmation that is your go-to first thing in the morning. Check out the affirmation section for more info, but you can start with 'I am strong in mind and body.'
  • Writing - check out the 'write away your pain' section for more details. You can start with morning pages, which is simply to write 3 journal pages each morning (if that sounds intimidating, just start with 3 sentences!).
  • Physical movement - move your body in a way that feels good - this can be a slow short walk, dancing, or just a few shoulder rolls.
  • Positive messaging - find something that works for you - this can be positive music, Abraham Hicks, high-frequency vibes, or any music that makes you feel good. The idea here is that your brain will kick into the old pattern out of habit, so you need to offer your brain alternative messaging. I suggest you do this in the morning, and throughout the day.
